The meeting on the 20th and 21st of March will take place at:

The registration will desk will open and close with the following schedules:
• Thursday, 19th of March from 1.00pm till 7.00pm
• Friday, 20th of March from 8.00am till 7.40pm
(end of the last scientific session of the day.)
• Saturday, 21st of March from 8.00am till 5.00pm
(the end of the last scientific session of the day.)
The participant’s name badge will be provided by the Organising Secretariat at the Registration Desk.
All participants are requested to wear the badge throughout the meeting.
Only badge holders will be admitted to the appropriate sessions and social events.
Parking is available in the Hilton hotel garage at the cost of € 21.00 per day. Should you need to reserve a space, we kindly ask you to please let us know in advance by writing to us at: eurodmcr@lena.events
The certificate of attendance will be issued after the event, following verification of actual participation. It will be sent via email and will be available for download only after the completion of the post-event satisfaction and evaluation survey.
A Cloakroom will be available for participants alongside a dedicated area for luggage for those departing on the 21st. Delegates are kindly requested not to leave their personal belongings after closing times of the registration desk.
All costs are in EURO (EUR)
Credit / Debit Card payments will be accepted at the venues.
Dress will be business casual throughout the meeting.
The Organising Secretariat reserves the right to refuse access when deemed necessary for the comfort and safety of all delegates.

The congress organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to congress participants, either during or because of the congress.
The official language of the meeting is English. No simultaneous translation is provided.
The following social events will be held during the congress:
• March 19th: Dinner at Platea restaurant, reserved for physiotherapists and registered participants present on that day in Como.

• March 20th: Cocktail dinner at the Hilton Lake Como, following the conclusion of the first day of conference.

Mobile phones should remain on silent whilst in the plenary room. Phone calls should be made outside and away from the doors.
